Retail & E-commerce

Sell Everywhere. Run It as One Business.

We help retailers, D2C brands, marketplaces and quick-commerce operators connect storefronts, stores, inventory and customer data. That way every channel shows the same stock, the same price and the same customer, and AI and automation go where they lift margin.

Shoppers don’t think in channels, but most retail systems still do. Growth now depends less on another storefront and more on whether stock, orders and customer data agree in real time.

Retail Now

Retail Is Growing Fast. Operations Must Keep Pace.

Faster delivery promises, more channels and higher customer expectations are changing how retailers plan, sell and fulfil.

  • $2.36T

India’s projected retail market by 2030

Up from $1.09T in 2025. More volume means more strain on systems that weren’t built to connect.

  • $345B

    India’s projected e-commerce market by 2030

Up from $125B in 2024. Online is growing faster than retail overall.

  • 2/3

of e-grocery orders already go through quick-commerce platforms

Ten-minute delivery has reset what customers expect everywhere.

  • 7,500

    dark stores expected by 2030

Up from about 2,525 in 2025. Fulfilment is moving closer to the customer and getting harder to coordinate.

Strategic Priorities

The Problems Retail Leaders Bring to Us

Six recurring issues we hear from commerce, operations, marketing and technology leaders. Each one maps to the capabilities further down this page.

  • P01

    Inventory That Doesn’t Match

Store, warehouse, marketplace and website stock are out of sync.

We often hear“We sold it online, but it wasn’t on the shelf.”

  • P02

    Disconnected Channels

Website, app, marketplaces, POS and ERP run as separate businesses.

We often hear“Every new channel adds another spreadsheet.”

  • P03

    Customer Data in Silos

Loyalty, online, store and support data never meet.

We often hear“We know the order, not the customer.”

  • P04

    Manual Order & Returns Operations

Orders, returns, refunds and reconciliation run on manual effort.

We often hear“Returns eat our margin and our team’s week.”

  • P05

    Personalisation That Doesn’t Pay Back

Recommendations and campaigns run on generic segments.

We often hear“Our offers go to everyone, so they work for no one.”

  • P06

    Slow, Conflicting Reporting

Sales, margin and stock reports arrive late and disagree.

We often hear“By the time we see the numbers, the sale is over.”

What Working With Us Could Look Like

Typical projects based on the problems above, with what we would measure.

Omnichannel Retailer

One Inventory View Across Stores and Online

Situation
Website, stores and marketplaces read stock from different systems, so orders get cancelled and shelves overstock.
What we would do
Integrate POS, ERP, warehouse and marketplace stock into one real-time inventory service, with order routing to the best location.
  • Fewercancelled orders (target)
  • Betterstock availability

How We Work

Five Steps From Challenge to Measurable Result

Releases are planned around your trading calendar, so nothing goes live during peak sale periods without your sign-off.

  1. Discover the Challenge

Understand your channels, systems, data flows, customers and peak periods.

  2. Define Scope & Measures

Agree use cases, deliverables, baselines and the metrics that matter, such as availability, conversion and margin.

  3. Design With Controls

Plan architecture, integrations, consent, payment security and scale for traffic spikes.

  4. Build & Test

Develop the solution and test it against agreed acceptance criteria, including load tests for sale days.

  5. Launch & Improve

Roll out in phases, monitor results and keep tuning based on what customers actually do.

FAQs

Questions Retail Teams Ask Us

Still have a question?

Talk to us about your channels, systems and growth goals.

Talk to Us
Can TECHAIVV connect our ERP, POS, marketplaces and storefront?

Yes, through API integration, middleware and event-driven data flows. What’s possible depends on each system’s interfaces, data quality, access permissions and contracts with platform partners.

Do we need to replatform to go omnichannel?

Not always. Many retailers get further by connecting and cleaning up what they already run. We recommend replatforming, such as moving to headless commerce, only when the current platform truly blocks growth.

How do you handle customer data and consent?

We design for consent capture, purpose limits and access control, in line with India’s DPDP Act and your own policies. Data handling, retention and security are agreed with your teams up front.

Will AI personalisation and forecasting work for us?

It depends on your data volume, quality and history. We start with a measured pilot against a baseline, and scale only what shows a clear lift.

How do we get started?

With a short discovery of your channels, systems and priorities. Then we agree one use case and its measures, and deliver that first.
