Supply Chain & Logistics

See Every Shipment. Act Before It Slips.

We help manufacturers, 3PLs, carriers, freight forwarders and distributors connect planning, warehouse, transport and partner systems. Every shipment becomes visible, every handoff is traceable, and exceptions reach the right person before they become delays.

Most supply chains don’t lack data. They lack connection. When the ERP, WMS, TMS and partner portals tell different stories, people fill the gaps with calls and spreadsheets. The fix starts with one trusted view.

Logistics Now

Logistics Is Getting Leaner. Systems Must Get Smarter.

Lower cost targets, new warehouse capacity and frequent disruption are changing how supply chains plan, move and deliver.

logistics cost as a share of India’s GDP

India’s first official estimate. That puts India level with advanced economies, so the next gains have to come from better systems.

The Problems Supply Chain Leaders Bring to Us

Six recurring issues we hear from operations, logistics, procurement and technology leaders. Each one maps to the capabilities further down this page.

  • P01

    No End-to-End Visibility

Shipment status is spread across carriers, portals and emails.

We often hear“We find out about delays from the customer.”

  • P02

    Disconnected Planning and Execution

ERP, WMS and TMS don’t share data in real time.

We often hear“The plan and the warehouse never agree.”

  • P03

    Manual Partner Coordination

Bookings, documents and updates with carriers and suppliers run on email and phone.

We often hear“Half the team’s day is chasing updates.”

  • P04

    Inaccurate Demand and Inventory

Forecasts miss, causing stockouts in one place and excess in another.

We often hear“We’re short and overstocked at the same time.”

  • P05

    Paper-Heavy Documentation

Invoices, e-way bills, PODs and customs papers are checked by hand.

We often hear“Billing waits on proof of delivery.”

  • P06

    Slow Response to Disruption

Exceptions surface late and are handled case by case.

We often hear“Every disruption becomes a fire drill.”

What Working With Us Could Look Like

Typical projects based on the problems above, with what we would measure.

Manufacturer

One Control Tower for Inbound and Outbound

Situation
Shipment status lives in carrier portals, emails and spreadsheets, so delays surface only when customers call.
What we would do
Integrate ERP, TMS and carrier data into one visibility layer, with ETA prediction and exception alerts sent to the right owner.
  • Earlierdelay detection (target)
  • Fewerstatus-chasing calls

How We Work

Five Steps From Challenge to Measurable Result

Go-lives are phased by site, lane or client, so live operations keep running throughout.

  1. Discover the Challenge

Map your network, partners, systems, data flows and where delays start.

  2. Define Scope & Measures

Agree use cases, deliverables, baselines and the metrics that matter, such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment and fill rate.

  3. Design With Controls

Plan architecture, integrations, partner access, exception handling and audit trails.

  4. Build & Test

Develop the solution and test it against agreed acceptance criteria, using real lanes and volumes.

  5. Roll Out & Improve

Go live in phases, monitor results and extend to new sites, partners and lanes.

FAQs

Questions Supply Chain Teams Ask Us

Still have a question?

Talk to us about your network, systems and operational goals.

Talk to Us
Can TECHAIVV integrate our ERP, WMS, TMS and carrier systems?

Yes, through APIs, EDI, middleware and event-driven data flows. What’s possible depends on each system’s interfaces, partner readiness, data quality and access permissions.

Do we need to replace our WMS or TMS to get visibility?

Usually not. Most visibility gains come from connecting and cleaning the data you already have. We recommend replacing a system only when it truly blocks the operation.

Can you work with partners who still use email and spreadsheets?

Yes. We can offer simple partner portals, email and document parsing, or light integrations, so smaller carriers and suppliers can join without heavy IT work.

How accurate are AI forecasts and ETA predictions?

That depends on your data history, volume and how stable your network is. We test against a baseline first and scale only what clearly improves on current methods.

How do we get started?

With a short discovery of your network, systems and priorities. Then we agree one use case, such as a lane, site or process, plus its measures, and deliver that first.
